Book One

Cleaning
from the Fringes

An ADHD Guide to Decluttering, Shame, and Coming Back to Yourself

This is not a book about organizing your pantry by color. It's a book about why you eat cereal out of a coffee mug because every bowl is buried in the sink — and what to do about it without hating yourself.

Every technique inside was developed through lived experience, trial and error, and the stubborn refusal to believe that a messy kitchen is a moral failing.

Written by someone who gets it. Not a therapist. Not a professional organizer. Just a person with ADHD who figured it out the hard way and wrote it down.

Healing
from the Fringes

The mess in the kitchen was never really about the kitchen. Book Two goes deeper — into the patterns, the silent ancestors, and the long, humbling work of learning who you are without the mask.

About the Author

A.C. Moran

A.C. Moran and her dog Bubbles
Bubbles and the author.

A.C. Moran built a restaurant from the ground up, running it for 23 years. For years, that chaotic, high-adrenaline kitchen was the only place where the undiagnosed ADHD brain felt like a gift instead of a curse.

Then the crash came. The mask slipped. The diagnosis arrived. And the long, humbling process of learning how to simply live in a house began.

Cleaning from the Fringes was not written by a professional organizer or a therapist. It was written by someone with ADHD who got tired of eating cereal out of a coffee mug because every bowl was dirty in the sink.

A.C. Moran lives in the Pacific Northwest with her partner Jessie, her dog Bubbles, and an ongoing, deeply personal relationship with a pile(s) of laundry.

If this book meant something to you, I'd love to hear about it.
